Spice Quarter Australia | Rib Rub Spice Blend | Smokey Lamb Ribs & Smokey Veggie Bowl

Barbecue season is almost upon us! Well, atleast that is the case in sunny Australia. Sorry to my friends in the northern hemisphere. You guys had your summer and now its our turn!

What a better way to enjoy the barbecue and outdoor entertainment season than with succulent lamb ribs, a cool glass of wine or an icy cold, crisp beer? The easiest way to entertain this summer is to use our Rib Rub spice blend.

The recipe for this lamb dish is so simple that you literally only need 2 ingredients, lamb and barbecue sauce. Now tell me that isnt the easiest recipe you have ever read!

How is that even possible, you ask. Well, we combined 8 different spices into our Rib Rub Spice Blend so you don't have to worry about getting the flavours right.

This is seriously the easiest way to prepare lamb ribs this summer. Simply smother the lamb in our Rib Rub spice blend and baste it with bbq sauce.

Voila! You have mouth watering spiced lamb ribs ready for everyone gathered. You can choose to serve it with yogurt dip or barbecue sauce or just dig into it.

Vegetarians, fear not. All our organic and gourmet spice blends are suitable for vegetarians too! This month we have a Smokey Rice Bowl which is healthy yet filling vegan and vegetarian salad. Keep reading for our alternative vegetarian twist to this delicious spice blend.

We have thought long and hard about what blends are fun, easy to use and rarely found in your neighborhood supermarket. Did you know that most in-store blends have extra additives like color, stabilizers or fillers like cornflour or rice flour?

This means that the spice blends are diluted and you need to use more of every spice to get the same degree of flavor. Each time to use these blends you are ingesting a range of chemicals that are really not necessary! This also means that you use up your spices faster and have to buy another bottle. Sneaky huh? We think so too.

Our blends only contain pure spices and nothing else. Still, they have a shelf life of 12 months and you can make between 6-8 serves with every pack. Amazing right!

The Spice Quarter subscription box is great value for money. Our 12 month subscription is even better at only $199.99. With this subscription you are only paying for 10 months which means you get 2 months free!

We also love the element of surprise that comes with each Spice Quarter subscription box! We introduce you to a variety of spice blends inspired by worldwide cuisines. We want to take you on an adventure around the world from your own kitchen,

So if you haven't signed up yet, do! We have a range of options to suit everyone. You can also choose to purchase just one box to try our spice blends. We are sure you will love them!

Without any further delays, lets cook this lamb!
